Texo DSI Join Aberdeen Chamber of Commerce
Texo DSI is proud to announce that they have joined the Aberdeen Chamber of Commerce as a Premier Partner.
The company will share a prestigious platform with a number of blue-chip organisations including: BP, Shell, Statoil, Stork and the Wood Group to name a few.
Texo DSI is set to become industry leaders in survey and inspection services using Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV’s). The company has developed a ‘game-changing’ fleet of multirotor and fixed wing Remote Pilot Aircraft System (RPAS), deploying the most advanced and accurate survey technology.
Shelley Regan, Commercial Development Manager of Texo DSI said: “We are absolutely delighted to announce our partnership with the Aberdeen and Grampian Chamber of Commerce. The AGCC is a prestigious business membership organisation and one of the largest chambers in the UK.”
Shelley added: “The North-East of Scotland is a key geographical market for us. We have developed a market-leading fleet of UAV platforms and associated survey and inspection technology that is ideally placed to service the demanding needs of not only the Oil and Gas community but a number of other mission-critical sectors.”
The use of Remotely Operated Ariel Vehicles or UAV’s for survey and inspection has grown tremendously over the last number of years.
The technology is very much welcomed as an integral part of the survey and inspection landscape. It not only enables mission-critical industrial assets to be inspected live (and therefore saving clients significant amounts in associated shutdown costs) it represents a much safer inspection method than deploying personnel on ropes. Moreover, it is now one of the most efficient and accurate ways of surveying land and assets (primarily in Texo DSI’s Survey-Grade LiDAR technology).
